CITIES: CONTEMPORARY AND MULTIDISCIPLINARY PERSPECTIVES. RETHINKING LIVING IN URBAN SPACES
The dynamic nature of urban and territorial phenomena calls for an analysis that takes their transformation over time into account. Power dynamics, technological advances and new ways of living together shape not only urban space but also broad regional and global networks of a commercial, political and intellectual character. With this symposium, we invite specialists from the Ibero-American sphere to address, from a multidisciplinary perspective, the complexity of human interactions in the city. The aim is to integrate historical, anthropological, sociological and urban-planning perspectives that make it possible to deepen our understanding of the evolving nature of these environments.
