The Bolivarian Pontifical University, together with other institutions and universities, invites congressmen to postulate their chapters for the publication of various volumes of the collection: Tradition and Innovation: The Memories of the Americas, as a result of the 59th Ica and that are related to the thematic areas of the Congress.
