It constitutes an academic space for generating reflections and proposals aimed at improving and enhancing the quality of the public justice service, strengthening the technical capacities of law students, magistrates, judges, prosecutors, university professors, lawyers and representatives of public entities from countries across the Americas, at the local, regional and national levels.<br \/>\nWe will bring together researchers, professors and jurists to discuss the evolution of procedural and evidentiary law, as well as the current challenges of effective judicial protection in the context of digital justice and the implementation of artificial intelligence in the administration of justice.
